Shipping Policy
our order will be processed within 3 weeks. However, the time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For more details, please contact our customer services.
Please note that we will process the orders on Mondays to Saturdays (except Sundays and Public Holidays).
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking number. Please use the tracking number to locate your parcel on the courier website. You will not be able to track the delivery status until the day when you received your tracking number.
When "Express Shipping" method is chosen, orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice.
*Please note that we are not responsible for factors beyond our control and these may include the extra time for destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and lost the order in the transit. Airy Ann Jewellery carries no liability in the above cases.
*We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been processed. In case you did not collect your order and courier sent it back to us, extra shipping fee will be charged to ship back the order to you.
